Monitoring Campaigns

Track and manage your broadcasts in real-time.

Campaign List

Visit /broadcasts to see all broadcasts (past and present).

Columns show:

  • Name — campaign title you chose
  • Channel — WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger
  • Status — Draft, Scheduled, Sending, Paused, Completed, Failed, Cancelled
  • Recipients — total count
  • Sent / Delivered / Read — message counts
  • Progress — % complete
  • Created — date campaign was created

Filter by status or search by name.

Real-time Monitoring

Open a broadcast's Analytics action (/broadcasts/{id}/analytics) to see its delivery metrics, or Marketing → Reports (/reports) for every broadcast in a date range:

Overview:

  • Total messages sent, delivered, failed
  • Success rate (%)
  • Elapsed time, estimated completion
  • Message status breakdown (pie chart)

Per-Channel Stats:

  • WhatsApp: sent, delivered, read, failed
  • Instagram/Messenger: sent, delivered, failed (Instagram/Messenger don't report "read")

Recipient List:

  • Customer phone / name
  • Channel
  • Status (Sent, Delivered, Read, Failed, Pending)
  • Timestamp
  • Export as CSV

Pausing & Resuming

To pause:

  • Click the campaign's Pause button
  • Queued messages stop; in-flight sends complete
  • You can resume later

To resume:

  • Click Resume
  • Sending picks up where it left off

Recipient Statuses

  • Pending — Queued, waiting to send
  • Queued — In the send queue, will be sent this hour
  • Sent — Delivered to Meta (doesn't mean customer received it yet)
  • Delivered — Customer received the message (WhatsApp / Messenger confirm)
  • Read — Customer opened the message (WhatsApp only)
  • Failed — Message could not be sent (window closed, contact not found, etc.)

Failure Reasons

Hover over or click a failed message to see why it failed:

  • Window Closed — No recent message from customer (WhatsApp 24-hour rule)
  • Contact Not Found — Phone number not connected to that channel
  • Template Rejected — Meta rejected the template (see Templates page)
  • Throttled — Rate limit or Meta API throttling — will retry
  • Connection Error — Business account connection lost or expired

Exporting Results

Click Export Replied Numbers at the top of the campaign list to download a CSV of all phone numbers that have ever replied to a message from you. Useful for building a "warm" segment for re-engagement campaigns.

Legacy Campaigns (Read-Only)

Older campaigns created before the segment-driven broadcast system cannot be edited. To make changes:

  1. Go to /broadcasts
  2. Click the campaign
  3. Click Duplicate
  4. Edit the copy and launch it

The original remains in your history for reference.
